Terms of hire

Quotes are based on the information provided at enquiry time. If the event date, venue access, or hire scope changes, the final price may need to be updated.

Delivery, bump-in, and pack-down windows must be confirmed in advance. The customer is responsible for accurate venue details and safe site access.

Any item damaged during the hire period will be reviewed against the booking details and the condition of the equipment at return.
